Welcome to our Apprenticeship in Equestrian Sporting Excellence (AESE)
AESE is tailored around the equestrian Olympic disciplines, ensuring that equestrian athletes are on the right path to excel in their chosen career. We’re proud to partner with British Eventing and British Showjumping, alongside key figures within the British Dressage community. You will be coached by world-class trainers such as Corinne Bracken, Andrew Saywell, Heike Holstein and Charlie Hutton alongside developing a range of skills including career planning, physical health, performance psychology, communication and managing the media. This level 3 advanced apprenticeship is for those based in England, and is equivalent to A-Level standard.

“AESE is such a unique programme and fits into an area of the industry that other qualifications don’t fulfil. It is targeted at riders working within the industry to enable them to maximise their potential. We are supporting the next generation and developing their individual skills.”
