Welcome to Haddon Training
As a long established training provider we want to ensure that individuals not only develop their skills in a working environment, but that they thrive in all areas of their lives. We want our trainees and apprentices to not only learn new skills and the knowledge to do their jobs well, but also to gain independence, self-confidence and become an effective team-player.
Our Beginnings: From Haddon Stud to Haddon Training
In 2021 Haddon Training became part of the Educ8 Group, enabling it to expand and grow further than ever before.
Our Commitment
We strive for excellence in everything we do, and are passionate and proud of our long-standing reputation for excellence within the sectors we work in. We promote positive working relationships for both our staff and learners, and our professionalism and integrity ensures that we stay true to this.
Our Mission Statement
Our Team
We pride ourselves on the collective experience we hold in our specialist industries, and all our Trainer Coaches have proven life experience in their area of specialism. Many of our equine staff continue to engage in the industry through their involvement in competitions, commentating and breeding.
Recognition
Our work as a training provider has been recognised through a variety of awards we have gained over the years, including the UK ‘Equine Apprenticeship Provider of the Year’ at Corporate Visions’ 2021 Education & Training Awards and ‘Apprenticeship Provider of the Year’ in the Agricultural, Environmental and Animal Care category at the AAC awards in 2019.
We are also proud to hold accreditation with Cyber Essentials, City & Guilds and 1st4sport, as well as achieving the matrix standard and an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ grade.
