Best Companies Awards 2023

At the beginning of this month, we were delighted to attend the Best Companies Awards 2023 hosted at Battersea Evolution, London. We are proud to announce that as part of the Educ8 Group, we have been ranked as one of the “Top 5 Large Companies to Work for in the UK”, as well as securing the number 2 spot in the ‘Best Education and Training Companies in the UK’.

This year marked our first entry into the ‘Large Companies’ category. The transition from the ‘Mid-sized Companies’ to the ‘Large Companies’ category highlights our exceptional growth and dedication over the last 12 months. 2023 is the ninth consecutive year that the Educ8 Group has been commended on the Best Companies list and the third year in a row being placed in the top 5.

The Best Companies Awards is an annual event which celebrates companies across the UK, who are excelling in creating positive work environments for their employees. Grant Santos, Chief Executive at Educ8 Group said,

“We are pleased to have placed so highly amongst some of the best companies in the UK. Educ8 truly values its employees and the important contribution they bring to the workplace every day, and we aim to provide them with a positive and encouraging environment where they feel supported. An organisation’s employees are critical to its success, and nurturing our employees continues to be a priority for the Educ8 Group.”

Educ8 Group’s inclusion in the Top 5 Large Companies highlights our organisation’s continuous efforts to prioritise employee satisfaction and engagement. This is a huge celebration for the whole team, and we would like to thank all staff at Haddon Training, Educ8 Training, Aspire2Be and ISA Training for making this such a great place to work!

MATRIX Standard Accreditation

In addition to our success at the Best Companies Awards, we recently underwent a reassessment for the MATRIX Standard, and are delighted to announce that we have received accreditation for an additional three years!

This means that we have demonstrated the IAG Standard, providing excellent information, advice & guidance to our learners, parents, and employers. We’re delighted to be recognised for delivering quality education and excellent service across our equine, animal care and business divisions!

The matrix accreditation identified some of the following strengths:

  • A cohesive approach to information, advice, and guidance across the group, whilst retaining brand identity and sector nuances.
  • A well-established and varied offer for learners, particularly those with additional learning needs.
  • Strong examples of ‘plan-do-review’ activities to support improvement across the group.
  • Happy staff who feel they are well communicated with.
