Inspiring Learning

We’re proud to be an award-winning training provider, with an outstanding reputation in delivering equine, animal care and business qualifications across England and Wales.

Since 1997, we’ve been delivering high-quality education, sharing our knowledge across our specialist industries. We believe in providing people with accessible and personalised learning experiences which support the needs of both learners and employers. We’ve also increased our alternative educational opportunities for those who find school settings challenging, to encourage everyone to learn and grow.

Our team of incredible Trainer Coaches are fundamental to what we do. They all have experience within their specialism and are there to support and advise our learners and employers throughout their journey.

Setting industry standards

As a leading training provider for more than twenty-five years, we’ve formed valued connections across the equine and animal care industries. We’re an Education Associate with BIAZA, an Associate of BETA, and proud to work closely with The Equestrian Employers Association (EEA) and The British Grooms Association (BGA) to ensure that employers and their employees within the equine industry have the resources they need to assist them.

Establishing partnerships

Our award-winning approach to education has enabled us to work with fantastic organisations including the RSPCA, Longleat, The British Horse Society (BHS) and The British Horseracing Authority (BHA). We’re also the preferred apprenticeship provider for British Showjumping and British Eventing and home of the Apprenticeship for Equestrian Sporting Excellence (AESE), which is recognised as part of British Equestrian‘s Performance Pathway.

More than just a qualification

Our work-based qualifications are designed to provide learners with hands-on, real-world experience, ensuring a thorough understanding of their chosen career. All training is completed at their place of employment and they are closely supported throughout their journey by our dedicated Trainer Coaches, who hold substantial industry-experience within their chosen sector.

Alongside our apprenticeships, we also provide support in maths and English to those who need it, enabling them to gain further qualifications in these areas. Upon completion of their apprenticeship, we also provide further avenues to explore and upskill their knowledge and skills, providing career advancement, should they wish to progress. In equine, this also includes exclusive discounted direct entry to BHS Stages.

Our experience and proven reputation has helped over 5,000 young people to earn a nationally recognised, accredited qualification, serving as valuable evidence of their ability as they progress and thrive in their careers.
