Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion are essential values at Haddon Training. We recognise and respect everyone’s unique needs, backgrounds, and potential. We are committed to providing fair access and celebrating diversity.
We have also expanded our qualifications to provide more options for those who may struggle in conventional learning settings and work with incredible organisations include Keysoe Therapy and Well-being Centre and Animal Antiks, to offer this provision throughout England. Education should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, and we believe in creating positive workplaces where everyone feels valued and heard.

Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
We understand the importance of providing accessible opportunities for individuals with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). Our qualifications can accommodate diverse learning styles and support every learner to reach their full potential. We offer personalised support and mentorship to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their needs, can thrive in their chosen field.
We understand the range of challenges our learners may encounter, which is why we provide comprehensive support for various additional learning needs, including, but not limited, to dyslexia, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Additionally, our support extends beyond academic assistance to include well-being and mental health issues, ensuring that every individual feels supported and empowered to succeed.
We also provide alternative provision courses, as well as apprenticeships, providing more people with the stepping stones needed to pursue their chosen career.
