Haddon Training was established in 1997 and has since grown into a national, multi-sector training provider, with an outstanding reputation in delivering work-based qualifications across England and Wales. In 2021 Haddon Training became part of the Educ8 Group, enabling it to expand and grow further than ever before, and Haddon Training now also provides a range of alternative educational opportunities for individuals who face challenges in conventional academic settings.
Our incredible staff are paramount to the success of our organisation; all our Trainer Coaches are experienced through working in their specialist sectors and are trained to meet the educational needs of employers and learners.
Haddon Training’s longevity as a training provider has enabled us to support a wide range of business organisations, including hospitals, universities, councils, and charities. We are proud to have worked with enterprises including the NHS, Mind Retail and the RSPCA, to enable their staff to expand their knowledge and skills. Our focus is on developing essential skills in administration, leadership, and customer service to foster growth and success across our sectors.
Our business division continues to grow, and our range of qualifications now includes Learning and Skills Mentor, enabling those looking to teach and train others at work to gain an understanding of what is required to help others thrive.
As part of our apprenticeships, we also provide support for maths and English development, enabling those who may not have previously achieved a qualification in these areas to gain a fully accredited Functional Skill. This is closely supported by a dedicated Tutor, with full guidance to ensure the best possible outcome.
Our commitment also extends beyond skills development in the workplace. We aspire for individuals to not only gain job-specific skills and knowledge but also to thrive in all aspects of their lives, by providing the necessary space and encouragement for them to build self-confidence and establish independence. We want all individuals to have the opportunity to meet their full potential in the workplace.
