We spoke to Francesca, Marketing & Business Support Executive at JMC Legal, to gain insight into the impact of the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship on both the business and Chloe, their current apprentice. Francesca shares how the apprenticeship has helped Chloe develop valuable skills while also contributing to the company’s success.
How has the Level 3 Business Administrator qualification helped your team?
Since joining us, Chloe has become a foundation of the administration team and also the company as a whole. Her training has supported her alongside her work hours to develop business acumen and work independently on a number of projects which have added significant value to business.
What benefits have you seen in your business from having apprentices on your team?
Chloe’s confidence has grown significantly in both a personal and professional sense. She oversees complex elements of software integration and maintenance as well as financial reporting and compliance. Her ongoing support has increased efficiency in the completion of administrative tasks and her positive attitude in a client-facing capacity has enabled us to maintain a professional and friendly standard which directly aligns with our brand.
What has your experience been like working with Haddon Training?
Haddon Training has been very efficient in their communication. The hiring process was made really simple and we were able to find a suitable person for the role in just short of 3 weeks. The trainer coach has always been on hand to handle any queries or apprehensions Chloe may have about her workload. If we should need to hire another apprentice in the future, Haddon would be our provider of choice.
