Alternative Education: Cotswold RDA

We’re delighted to promote our latest commercial partnership with Cotswold RDA (Riding for the Disabled Association). At Haddon Training, we are big believers in the power of positive collaborations. Together with Cotswold RDA, we’re committed to make a real difference to the development of our commercial learners.

Cotswold RDA offer a secure, friendly, and supportive environment for individuals of all ages living with disabilities. Riding with them not only enhances physical and mental well-being but also contributes to an improved quality of life. As one of the country’s largest RDA groups, they boast outstanding facilities, including indoor and outdoor arenas, 10 stables, and grazing areas situated on Cheltenham Racecourse.

Frankie Roberts our Alternative Provision Lead and ED&I Ambassador recently had the opportunity to visit Cotswold RDA, she says,

“It was lovely being able to go out and meet the team at Cotswold RDA, they were so welcoming and enthusiastic about what they do, it was really inspiring. We are so excited to work with the Cotswold RDA and support a small group of SEN/EHCP learners within a very supportive and knowledgeable location.”

Frankie also caught up with Debbie Powell the General Operations Manager at Cotswold RDA.

Debbie said “It is fantastic to be working alongside Haddon Training and their Commercial Programme, helping learners to develop new skills, confidence and equine knowledge. We are really excited to be working together and growing our provision in the future!”
