This apprenticeship is about playing an important administrative support role your organisation.
Administrators handle the day-to-day tasks in an office and make sure things run smoothly – 97% of employers say that effective administration is essential to their business, so they do a crucial job.
The term ‘administration’ covers roles that involve organising people and resources, including yard secretaries and anybody who plays and administraive role - even if it is part of a wider job that you do.
what does the qualification involve?
This qualification is for people who wish to specialise in business and administration functions in a supporting role. You can choose from a large bank of optional units, allowing you to show understanding and skills in a variety of areas, including:
- human resources
- document production
- finance and managing information
